    SafeLok Sorbent Tubes

     

    • Feature patented diffusion-locking technology at either end of the sorbent bed to prevent diffusive ingress of atmospheric contaminants outside the pumped sampling period.
    • Significantly reduce the risk of contamination from poorly fitted or loose caps.
    • Prevent necking and other damage to the ends of tubes caused by over tightening of the tube seals.
    • Stop the ingress of volatiles from the laboratory air during routine capping and uncapping procedures.
    • Facilitate pumped sampling over extended periods at low (<1 mL/min) flow rates allowing the collection of time weighted average concentration data over periods of weeks or months without exceeding safe sampling volumes.
    • Individually etched with unique serial number for convenient sample identification.
    • Robust barcode—the most reliable "code 128" format—on tube for recording and tracking.
    • Available unconditioned or preconditioned and ready to sample. Tubes are reusable after thermal desorption for most applications.
