Description
A quantitative CRM of E. coli formulated to deliver <100cfu per 0.1mL inoculum after hydration in 1.2mL sterile hydration buffer. Supplied as 10 vial set along with 10 vials of sterile hydration buffer. Strain source is one passage from primary culture.
Traceable
Manufactured from USP specified pure organism strains using media and procedures conforming to USP specifications.
Easy To Use
Supplied with sterile hydration fluid, simply add a single sample to the 1.2 mL buffer and swirl. Resulting inoculant activity is less than 100 CFU/0.1 mL.
Certified
The activity of each lot of organisms is analytically certified by spiral count on USP specified media. We analyze at least 20 samples from each production lot for activity confidence.
Economical
Each organism strain is supplied in a kit of 10 individual samples and 10 vials of sterile hydration fluid at a value price point.
Storage
This sample vial must be stored unopened in a freezer at -10°C to -20°C. Activity, uncertainty, and stability are based upon this storage temperature. When stored according to instructions, this sample will retain viability until the expiration date.
