EPREP WORKSTATION WITH DIGIVOL, NO PLUG

Bundled ePrep Sample Preparation WorkStation and digiVOL/Stand (no Power Plug) Supplied with: Wash Station, Power Supply, Surface Pro Control Tablet, Cabling and Starter Kit including Adapter Plates, Vial Racks, Vials, ePrep Syringes and Spares

The ePrep ONE offers a fully automated, end-to-end solution for chromatography sample preparation, helping to increase the efficiency and accuracy of virtually any workflow while dramatically reducing costs and environmental impact.

The ePrep ONE can be up and running in less than an hour, thanks to the simple and intuitive user interface. The smart software streamlines the creation of new workflows by allowing users to select hardware – including syringes, vials, racks and other tools – through a simple drag-and-drop function. All coordinates are predefined at the outset, further decreasing the set-up time. In addition, workflows can be saved and accessed at any time, which frees laboratory staff from the need to rewrite programs.

Adaptable configuration for sample preparation requirements

The instrument uses analytical syringes to provide unparalleled reliability and accuracy, and a wide range of tools and accessories are available to configure the system for specific sample preparation requirements. The positions of these components are automatically detected by radio-frequency identification (RFID) and proximity sensors, and compared to workflow parameters to further minimise the risk of errors.

Batch sizes from five to 200 samples

The ePrep ONE is designed to handle any batch size – from five to 200 samples – with the same high level of efficiency and accuracy.

Processed samples can even be automatically transferred to autosampler racks ready for analysis.

The ePrep ONE features an array of pre-programmed processes that include:

    • Sample aliquoting
    • Addition of diluents
    • Addition of reagents
    • Addition of surrogate and internal standards
    • Serial dispensing
    • Making up to volume
    • Serial dilution
    • Syringe mixing
    • Liquid transfers
    • Magnetic stirring
    • SPE and microSPE
    • Liquid-liquid extraction
