General description
HPLC Plus grade water is useful for the UHPLC (Ultra-High Pressure Liquid Chromatography) gradient elution and HPLC studies.
Application
Water has been used in the following studies:
- To prepare the diluted hydrochloric acid solutions required for the preparation of standard solutions of amino acid.[1]
- In the sample extraction step during the gas chromatography mass spectrometric (GC-MS) analysis of free (FAA) and combined amino acids (CAA) in aerosol samples.[1]
- Preparation of tryptic digests from the standard protein samples and milk digests from milk samples.[2]
- Preparation of C60-aminopropylsilica.[2]
