THCA-A (CRM) (Item No. ISO60175) is a certified reference material that is structurally categorized as a cannabinoid. THCA-A is a phytocannabinoid that is a common component of hashish.1 There are two acid isomers of Δ9-THC, THCA-A and THCA-B. In THCA-A, the carboxylic acid group is found at the 2 position. Neither THCA-A nor THCA-B is psychoactive, although both forms are decarboxylated upon heating to form the active Δ9-THC.1 This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
