A 10 x 1g pack of organic brownie that has been inoculated with Salmonella enterica (NCTC 6676) and lyophilized for stability. Intended as a qualitative CRM with inoculum level at approximately log 5 per vial. Useful for analyst DOCs, daily QC or method validations. Can be used for cultural and/or molecular techniques.
