General description
Hydrocarbons are often used in the production of extracts in the cannabis industry. Care should be taken to minimize residual solvents remaining on material intended for human consumption. To support this, many states have enacted regulations prescribing the routine analytical testing of residual solvents in cannabis-derived products.
This multi-analyte Certified Reference Material is designed specifically to satisfy the needs of analytical testing in California.
Five components have been carefully selected for convenience of use, while promoting long-term stability in solution. The analytes are formulated at 100 μg/g each, and are designed for a 100x dilution factor relative to the California action limits.
For complete calibration of the required California residual solvents, this CRM may be used in conjunction with the other products in the series:
CAN1008
CAN1012
