(1) Conglycinin is composed of three subunits: a′ (76 kDa), a (72 kDa), and ß (52 kDa).
(2) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes.
