A 5 sample panel for qualitative identification of salmonella in a chocolate matrix.  At least 2 samples of each 5 sample series test positive for salmonella.  Supplied with 1 vial of sterile deionized water. Applicable to cultural or molecular techniques.

A QC Test, CRM, and Blank Matrix may be purchased in addition to this test.
