DESCRIPTION
General description
This certified Snap-N-Spike® solution is suitable for quantitation of hydrocodone levels or isotope dilution methods by LC/MS or GC/MS for pain prescription monitoring, clinical toxicology, pharmaceutical research, or forensic analysis. Hydrocodone is an opiate drug used as an analgesic to treat pain and as an antitussive for coughing or related conditions. Also known as dihydrocodeinone, it is one of the most common recreationally-abused prescription drugs due to its widespread availability. Common street names include “hydros”, “dones”, “vics”, and “itchies”.
