Application
Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt dehydrate has been used:
• To prepare TE buffer.[1][2]
• As an anticoagulant.[3]
• As a constituent of Flow buffer.[4]
Chelator of divalent cations. Inhibits enzymes, such as metalloproteases, that require divalent cations for activity.
