General description
Ammonium formate is readily available, stable and nontoxic in nature. It can be used in conjugation with palladium on carbon (Pd-C) or Raney-nickel catalysts.[1]
Application
Ammonium formate has been used as a constituent in pre-mixed eluents for forming gradient during quantification of diuron by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).[2]
