    General description

Aceticacid 100% is a high-purity chemical reagent used for high-performance liquidchromatography (HPLC) applications. It is used as a mobile phase modifier orsolvent additive to adjust the pH and enhance the separation of analytes.[1]

    Application

Acetic acid 100% can be used to adjust the pH of the sodium heptane sulfonate solution for the subsequent analysis of aciclovir and ganciclovir in human plasma by liquid chromatography–spectrofluorimetric method.[1]
